After your amount is transferred you will get helpline no, from the customer care department, call in that helpline no they will provide you i.d that will be your identification code as a member. From next time u have to call in the helpline say your id and collect the phone no.

If your membership ends or gets over you can enjoy the service again ,for that u have to renew your account by paying less amount its applicable both for the offline and online.. and if you want to enjoy the membership more ,you can again pay the amount for 6 months or 1 year.

If you want to remove your profile from the online option uyou need to provide your detail profile to the administration part and for removing your account/profile from the helpline you need to provide details abt your profilr in the helpline.
Yes you can transfer your account from offline to online but in that case your offline account will be blocked.
